All of our receptacles are barcoded to make our system more efficient and provide our customers with valuable management information. When we enter our customer premises we have an electronic record of where the consoles and bins are located.

Missing a console on a service visit is unacceptable to us and with the help of this technology we don’t – ever. This perfect information is in the hands of all of our operatives not just the head of your regular contact. Every time we service a console or bin, we scan it to record our visit and enter the volume of each one too. This builds up a picture to ensure that we get the numbers and locations of bins correct as well as set the right service visit frequency. It is these two factors which drive the overall cost of any service and it is one of the reasons why we deliver excellent value for money. Furthermore, with an ever greater need to quantify environmental policies, our customers have access to detailed management information regarding how much they are recycling.
