Shred on Site Console

We will populate your office areas with our security consoles conveniently placed for your staff to dispose of their confidential materials. On a pre-agreed schedule, our service personnel will visit, take your confidential materials to our mobile shredding unit and destroy them immediately. As part of our service we will compile a brief description of how the service works and what your staff can and can’t destroy, for circulation amongst your employees allowing you to tailor our service to your own requirements. At the end of each visit you will receive a Certificate of Destruction as confirmation that the confidential material that we collected that day was shredded, along with a Waste Transfer Note.

There’s no need to remove staples, clips or plastic folders.
On-site means exactly that – the destruction process takes place at your premises.
Our service personnel are always fully uniformed, wear ID and have undergone 10 year background vetting checks to BS7858. They are rigorously trained to adhere to strict security and customer service procedures to guarantee the integrity of your confidential data throughout this process.

Shred on Site bin If you need to destroy a one-off batch of material due to the release of an old archive or an office move, we engage the same strict security procedures as we do with our regular customers. Just show us what you need to destroy and we will give you a fixed cost for shredding it, provided you do not need to add to it. If you have loose material that you want to gather up before we arrive we can supply you with heavy duty paper bags.
